We have worked with United over the last 4 years to transform our ageing and disparate printer estate. We’ve consolidated down from 8 or 9 suppliers to United and couldn’t be happier with our choice. They have been incredible auditing our 134 UK locations and deploying our choice of new hardware and secure printing solution, whilst providing continual support services.
United took over from our previous MPS supplier and have been a revelation. They look after our sites all over the country, some in extremely remote locations and provide an excellent service. We have a heavy focus on security and they always adhere to our processes. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to any security-conscious organisation.
From the first contact, a number of years ago through to now, the service we’ve received from United has been first-rate. They supply and manage 650+ remote workers with a managed print service ensuring they always have access to support and consumables whenever they need it. It’s taken a big overhead away from our I.T. department and saved us a lot of money in the process too.
