Marek made the process of converting to a managed print service unbelievably painless and smooth. Meetings were concise and as brief as needed, communication excellent, potential cost and time savings to the practice significant and everything was extremely professional. On the two days where old printers were disconnected and new printers installed everything went extremely smoothly. Users' questions and queries dealt with immediately and any little snags resolved simply and without fuss. United Business Group installed and maintain all our printers and copiers at our Medical Centre.
