Marek made the process of converting to a managed print service unbelievably painless and smooth. Meetings were concise and as brief as needed, communication excellent, potential cost and time savings to the practice significant and everything was extremely professional. On the two days where old printers were disconnected and new printers installed everything went extremely smoothly. Users’ questions and queries dealt with immediately and any little snags resolved simply and without fuss. The team that carried out the installation were also very professional, yet friendly, and could not be faulted. I cannot recommend Marek and United Business Group enough!

United Business Group installed and maintain all our printers and copiers at our Medical Centre. The installation was trouble free due their careful pre-planning with little disturbance to Practice staff and professionally undertaken. Maintenance has also been trouble free and toner deliveries received in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
